EDF Panel Line - Laminating & Cutting Line
E.D.F. Panel Line Section Breakdown:
Roll Stands for 2 Rolls of Paper – Hold 2 rolls of paper for top and bottom liners as the paper feeds into the laminating and cutting line.
Core Cart Section – Holds continuous core as it enters into the Expansion/Crush Pull Section.
Core Expansion Section – Removes core from box or cart. Expands core as it enters into the Crush Pull Section.
Steam Section – Applies steam to core for better adhesion and expansion.
Crush Pull Section – Holds continuous core as it enters into the Expansion/Crush Pull Section.
Black Brother Glue Coater – Applies glue to one or both sides of the expanded core prior to the application of the liners.
Heat Deck Section – Liners and core enters as a panel. Heat is applied to the continuous panel for proper adhesion and quicker drying time.
Compression Deck Section – The continuous panel enters and is compressed for proper adhesion.
Trim Slitter Section – Vertically trims edges and divides into 3 panels. 4 Blades.
In-Line Slitter Section – Slits the continuous panel vertically, as desired. 11 blades. Divides into 12 panels. Minimum 2″ wide runners (strips).
Pull Roller for Cut-Off Saw – Guides the continuous panel into the Cut-Off Saw.
Cut-Off Saw Section – Cuts the continuous panel into the desired length.
Bridge Roll Assembly (2) – Guides liners through the panel line.
Crane for 2 Rolls of Paper (Optional) – Helps with changing paper rolls. Free standing over roll stand. 3 ton hoist and motorized trolley.
